SOME ASPECTS OF THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE FERROFLUIDS PRODUCTION AND APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY

This article analyzes the main aspects of the ferrofluids (FF) production technology. Russian scientists' contribution during the development and improvement of the different steps of the ferrofluids technological synthesis is highlighted in this article. Some examples of the possible industrial applications of the ferrofluids in oil industry are given. The article exhorts to continue studying the properties, quality assessment and large scale application of processes, equipments and devices based on the ferrofluids use. Present article outlines one of the nanotechnology multiple directions which by authors' opinion is not attended enough. Information given in this article could be interesting for specialists who study ferrofluids properties and their applications.
