Mathematical methods, algorithms and software for planning and design of oil-gas extracting regions and fields

Mathematical models, methods, algorithms and software are considered, intended for the decision of problems
of long-term  planning of development of oil-gas extracting regions, design of general schemes of development of oil and gas fields. Simulation models, combinatory methods of discrete optimization, methods of multicriteria optimization are using as mathematical apparatus. Examples of use of the computer-aided  systems of planning and design are given.
Materials and methods
Methods of the solution of problems of discrete optimization, combinatory methods, methods of the solution of
multiextremal and multicriteria  problems, simulation models of groups of fields. Implementation  of the computer-aided systems of planning and design.
Results
In article the main results of the works of Dorodnicyn Computing Centre of RAS  are considered, devoted to the solution of various problems of complex development of oil and gas extraction regions, including problems of automation of processes of planning of development of groups of fields and design of general schemes of development of fields.
Ñonclusions
1. New results in regional programming, discrete optimization and combinatory methods of the solution of the multiextremal tasks are received, providing possibility of solution of tasks of the big dimension arising on design of general schemes of development of oil and gas fields.
2. The mathematical apparatus is created providing possibility of formalization, modelling and optimization of long-term planning of development of groups of oil and gas fields.
3. The various computer-aided systems of planning and the design implementing listed above mathematical models,
methods and algorithms  are created.
4. Some of these systems were widely applied on design of general schemes of development of oil fields and on planning of development of gas output regions with the big confirmed economic effect.
5. The approach to creation of the integrated systems of regional planning and design, formed in a semi-automatic mode for a specific objective,  is offered.
