Regional features of development of the Caspian oil and gas complex of Kazakhstan

In article solutions problems of increase of competitiveness of an oil and gas complex due to formation of regional clusters are considered. The role of this direction in increase in operational performance of the oil companies is shown. Justification of creation of regional clusters taking into account an available source of raw materials, production and labor potential is given.

Results
The integrated estimation of cost of oil products received as a result of profound processing of initial raw materials, convincingly proves needof giving of the main priority for development of economy of Kazakhstan to the fastest creation of a domestic petrochemical cluster.

Real prospects in achievement of effectivecommercial results are looked through and when primary raw material resources such as oil and gas are involved in processingprocesses according to the profound scheme of extraction of the final products.
