So the main purpose of the scientific work is to highlight the contemporary problems of well’s construction and workover supervising as well as to find optimal ways to improve the Supervision services. The article gives arguments, which prove the fact that well’s construction and workover supervising should be fixed by law. This will eliminate a number of uncertainties in a unified vision of servicing.
