Programs of well workover are one of the methods to maintain hydrocarbons well production of oil rims of the Urengoy oil and gas condensate field with declining production rates. The economic effect is achieved by saving in fixed costs includingadditional oil and associated gas production as the result oil wells workover. Well workovers and additional oil production cause the increase of semi-variable costs. Fixed costs of hydrocarbons well production remain constant. According to the estimates the average annual costs saving from well workover has a positive tendency expressedin the formation of savings in oil production costs.
Materials and methods
Project and fact data of oil production of the Urengoy oil and gas condensate field. Comparative economic analysis of oil production costs by means of fixed and semivariable costs modeling.
Results
Geo-technological measures allow to produce additional oil volume, to save from average annual costs on hydrocarbons well production and to fulfill the licensing obligations of LLC “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy” to the budget.
Сonclusions
Conducted geo-technological measuresof oil wells workover in 2009-2013 gave a positive effect in the formation of savings in oil production costs.
