This brief analysis of existing methods of reducing annular pressure in producing wells. Experience of implementation of existing technologies pumping gas from the annulus of oil wells shows the possibility of a significant increase in flow rates for oil up to 20 m3 for 24 hours.Economic efficiency can reach up to 3 million rubles for month.
Materials and methods
The proposed new technology pumping gas from the annulus of oil wells is being implemented with the help of ground-based device consisting of a cylinder with two pistons connected by a rod passing through the central gland, dividing the cylindercavity between the pistons into two parts connected to the line and flick forming two chambers connected with the ends of the cylinder the annulus, the flow switch for alternating the direction of flow of fluid from the flowline into the right and left sides ofthe inner cavity of the cylinder providing reciprocating motion of the pistons and the forced evacuation of gas from the annulus of an oil well.
Results
Analysis of existing technologies for discharging gas from the annulus shows that along with the positive aspects such as the increase in well production, there are a number of disadvantages: 1 Pumping gas from wells equipped SRP:a) inability to use the technology in other mechanized methods of operation of wells;b) lack of replacement (repair) nodes GPK-73 without a workover. 2. Pumping gas using inkjet apparatus. Need an agent working for blasters. The proposed new technology eliminates allof the disadvantages and has a wider range of applications.
Сonclusions
1. Analysis of new technologies forcedevacuation of gas from the annulus ofoil wells shows that the implementation of their results in significant increase in production rate wells.2. The proposed new technology using terrestrial device for discharging gas from the annulus of oil wells is universal and does not depend on the mode of operation of wells (except for oil installations, where the rise of reservoir oil by the energy injected into the well gas or working fluid).3. The widespread adoption of new technologies pumping gas from the annulus of oil wells with a decrease in pressure below the collector is significant potential for increasing oil production.
