Regional problems of an oil and gas complex of Kazakhstan: use of raw potential, prospects of intercountry connections

In article questions of balance of oil-extracting and oil processing sectors of economy of Kazakhstan are considered. Prospects of development of oil and gas branch in the Western region of the country are shown. By authors it is suggested about expediency of formation of a uniform organizational form of producers of hydrocarbons within EAES.

Results
Summarizing the obtained data it is possible to note that extraction of 120 million tonnes a year will be that sufficient optimum which is capable to provide as own needs of the republic for initial raw materials, and to fulfill the assumed obligations to partners of the near and far abroad.
Сonclusions
In oil and gas sector there are close connections between the countries entering EAES. Creation of the uniform organizationcoordinating all production activity of oil branch of the countries of the union can become the step directed on strengthening of integration processes. This direction ofintegration will allow to using more effectively oil and gas resources as an export potential, and as initial raw materials for providing oil and gas processing and petrochemistry.
