Intensification of oil production on wells operating in deep-lying layers

In article an optimal method of application the well's rods pump unit (WRPU) to reduce bottomhole pressure and increasing oil production in deep-lying wells by using fiberglass sucker rods were presented. On example were presented simple calculation of arrangement the fiberglass sucker rods. Also advantages and features of fiberglass sucker rods operation were considered.
Results
The possibility of application the fiberglasssucker rods to deeper placement of pump was proved.
Сonclusions
1. At small diameters of pumps because of extension the fiberglass sucker rods the plunger stroke loss of WRPU is within tolerance.
2. Application of fiberglass sucker rods allows increasing of oil production in margin wells by deeper placement of pump without increasing of beam-unit capacity.
3. Advantages of operation the fiberglass sucker rods exceed them disadvantages. Real technological and economic effects can be achieved on practice at operation deep margin wells during production of highly corrosive fluid.
