TO A QUESTION OF MODERNIZATION OF RUSSIAN OIL REFINERIES, AND ABOUT MOTOR FUEL DOMESTIC MARKET: SIGHT FROM TUAPSE

In the present article consumer ability of domestic market of oil products and consumption structure is analyzed in the context of estimate of Russian oil companies in connection with low rates of transition to release of Euro 3, 4, 5 fuel standards. Special attention of the author is directed to consumer characteristics of motor fuel domestic market. There are recommendations, brought about updating of regulation of the auto fuel market in connection with development of a motor pool of the country.
