A MANAGEMENT ALGORITHM OF SENSORLESS LOAD COMMUTATED INVERTER IN THE LOW-VELOCITY ZONE

This article are described a management algorithm of thyristor load commutated inverter in the low-velocity zone at start of synchronous motor. The main feature of the algorithm is the dependence of the work mode with independent and dependent on the rotor position switching frequency, as well as the absence of the rotor position sensor. The analysis of results of modeling and practical experience on real objects has shown that the offered algorithm of sensorless management of load commutated inverter provides steady frequency start-up of the medium voltage synchronous electric motor with rotation in strictly set party and absence of fluctuations of a rotor, with the starting current which is not exceeding 0,8 rated current of the electric motor of the mechanism, possessing the large moment of inertia, or with the starting current which is not exceeding 1,2 rated current of the electric motor of the mechanism, possessing the large moment of loading.
