The problem of energy — one of the most pressing problems for the Russian economy and a continuing focus of attention of both the Government and the business community. The fact that the industry is still Russia significantly more energy-intensive than the industry not only developedbut also developing countries such as BRIC partners in China and Brazil, have a negative impacton the competitiveness of the domestic industry. The solutions will be discussed in the article.
