The concept of regional programming - the area of the regional economy, which developed the theory and quantitative methods for solving problems arising in the complex development of territories. The mathematical apparatus, main features of regional programming software and their use in planning the development of gas and oil-producing regions, general scheme design and field facilities, etc. The prospects of the use of regional programming in the development of new mining areas in Eastern Siberia and the Far East.
Materials and methods
Methods for solving discrete optimization problems, multiextremal and multicriteria problems, combinatorial methods, simulation models, implementation of computer-aided systems of planning and design.
Results
Thee article describes the basic methods and software of regional programming, investigates the possibility of their use for the integrated development of Eastern Siberia and the Far East.
Conclusions
1. The concept, methodological principles and methods of regional programming - the area of the regional economy, which developed the theory and quantitative methods for solving problems arising in the complex development of territories. 2. The basic capabilities of various software systems of regional programming and examples of their use in solving problems of planning and design of oil and gas fields and regions. 3. The possibilities of using the developed mathematical apparatus and software for solving the integrated development of the macro-region of eastern Siberia and the Far East.
